Bodoc Sport Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Bodoc Sport iPhone and iPad application. Bodoc Sport is a self-reflection journal for adults who record sport or rest context and subjective mood, energy, tension, and notes.

Bodoc Sport is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, or professional medical advice.

2. Data collected by the developer

The developer does not collect, receive, transmit, sell, rent, share, link to an identity, or use for tracking any data from Bodoc Sport. The app has no server or developer-operated cloud database.

3. Information stored locally

Bodoc Sport stores the following information only inside its private app container on your device:

• Whether a day was recorded as training or rest.
• Activity type, duration, and subjective intensity for training entries.
• Before, During, and After mood, energy, and tension values where applicable.
• Optional journal notes.
• Onboarding completion and weekly reflection-goal preferences.

The app calculates Journey history, 7-day and 30-day Insights, streaks, and milestones from those local records. These calculated views are not sent to the developer.

4. Network transmission and external services

Bodoc Sport makes no network requests. It does not use accounts, authentication, cloud synchronization, analytics, crash-reporting SDKs, advertising, tracking, external data providers, AI services, or HealthKit.

The app contains no third-party SDK used to receive or process journal information. It does not access a live sports feed, social network, or remote content service.

5. Device permissions

Bodoc Sport requests no access to location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, motion and fitness sensors, notifications, Bluetooth, or health records.

6. Payments and advertising

Bodoc Sport is free. It has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, payment processing, advertising, sponsored content, or advertising identifier use.

7. User-directed export

When you intentionally choose Export Data, Bodoc Sport prepares a JSON copy of your local entries and presents the iOS system share sheet. The app itself does not select the recipient or destination. Any handling after you choose a third-party destination is governed by that destination's terms and privacy practices.

8. Retention and deletion

Local records remain on the device until you edit or delete an entry, choose Erase All Data in Settings and confirm the action, or remove the app. Because the developer never receives the records, there is no server-side copy and no separate deletion request is necessary.

Your operating-system backup settings may independently include app data in a device backup. Such backup behavior is controlled by Apple and your device or account settings, not by Bodoc Sport or its developer.

9. Security

Bodoc Sport relies on the iOS and iPadOS application sandbox and the security controls of your device for locally stored records. Protect your device with a passcode and keep its operating system current. No method of storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

10. Children's privacy

Bodoc Sport is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children because the app does not collect information from any user.

11. Your choices

You can review and edit individual entries in Journey, delete an individual entry after confirmation, export a copy, or erase all local app data from Settings. These controls operate on the device without an account or network connection.

12. Changes to this policy

If Bodoc Sport's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before the relevant version is released. The effective date at the top identifies the current policy version.
